I had contact with this company, p. Karol, who dealt with my order after the 4th meeting, was to present the project at the construction site in 3D
[real paper dimension] said that within 2 days he will come to the construction site and after seeing how the stairs will suit us we sign a contract, I waited 2 days and finally I called Mr. Karol myself and here I heard that in the meantime the company signed large order and unfortunately can not fulfill my order for [about 10-12 thousand initially said] I do not know the stairs and it's hard to make a decision as soon as the stairs can not be seen [only virtually on the computer] also said that we thought too long , after my embarrassment and saying that serious people do not do this and that it is a lack of professionalism. I heard that there are 4 companies in the area that make stairs, can give me details, I leave embarrassing opinion to my own judgment !!!
Really high precision of stairs, combined with a reasonable price and quick, efficient installation, pleases today :-)
