Commune and PATHOLOGY. I was driving across town with a broken sore arm to register for private rehabilitation. I am waiting in line in front of me, one more person is behind me. It's my turn and the receptionist has to wait 45 minutes because she is now on a break !!!! I have to wait 45 minutes for a woman to kindly sign me up for a private visit. How long does this 30 seconds take?

I advise against doing a private test on Covid for the result, I waited 10 days, which is a 400zl mockery in the mud ...

Could not get through. People report it to the ladies at the reception. The ladies take water in their mouths. It looks strange and not serious.

Failure ... The ophthalmologist was supposed to be from 8:30 to 10:00, he was from 7:30 to 9:00. I will understand this yet, but the situation when I knock on the door 8:50 and the ophthalmologist is gone and the nurse tells me "welcome tomorrow", I will not understand.

People working at the reception desk and receiving phone calls from patients are frivolous, instead of taking up work, they look for problems where there are none, putting people in need off. Looking at the comments, further writing out is a waste of energy in my case, the Lord lied to me (we will not call you back despite three contacts on my part regarding obtaining help). Nobody does anything about it (the fish breaks from the head)
