Góra Szwedzka is an old (6th century AD), ring-shaped, castellan stronghold located 600 meters from the collegiate church in Tum. It was inhabited by a tribe called Łęczany. In 1107, Bolesław the Wrymouth, in a fratricidal struggle for power with his brother Zbigniew, conquered and expanded the castle. In its heyday, the stronghold had three lines of ramparts and three moats, which can still be seen today. In the following years, the stronghold was the seat of, among others Konrad Mazowiecki and his son Kazimierz Konradowic. Digging and entering the settlement is currently prohibited. They can only be viewed from the outside.
