A very professional approach to washing. The jacket was stained with an unknown liquid, the Lady said that she did not know if it would wash, and Here such a surprise was washed and perfectly ironed. I greet all the ladies who take care of washing

I was handing over the Washing suit with visible blood stains probably on the cuffs and sleeves. The lady accepted the suit on Monday and said she was alone at work all week and would press me, but I have it to pick up on Friday night, the day before the wedding. I found that the stain will come off because you do it professionally. It was not what happens sometimes, but I feel cheated. It is not about money, but if someone specializes in washing and tries to convince someone on delivery that they tried to wash the stain in many ways. Then, returning home, I entered the phrase "how to wash an old blood stain" in google and the first thing is to use hydrogen peroxide, then the stains come off after the first try, where it took me about 20-30 minutes. It is very embarrassing and distasteful to treat a customer. I understand that the Lady was alone and she did not feel like working because she took so much goods to just wash it, but you don't give your suit to a professional to do something for you. Unfortunately, I will never visit this laundry again

I have been coming to this laundry from another city for years, i.e. over 10 years. I would not give anyone else into the hands of my favorite Prada or Balmain coat than Mrs. Ani, absolutely anyone! It is worth traveling kilometers for the work of this competent person. I heartily recommend Milena Małgorzata Bąk
