Why is the phone number given, if you can hang on the phone literally 1 hour and listen to a strange music and talking about the queue, and finally, as the call signal, "someone" picks up the phone and rejects the call. Maybe they should write that you can only register in person, not annoy people. Not everyone is from Zielona Góra. Scandal, someone should be responsible for it.
