One star is too much, the treatment of patients here is a scandal: 1. Currently, it is not possible to get to an orthopedist. Despite the fact that I was registered with one of them (different than before), two weeks before the appointment, for which I was waiting for two months, a lady from registration called me and informed that all visits of this orthopedist were canceled and that all visits to other doctors were canceled there are no places. And man yourself. I have to go private now anyway! Why do I pay health insurance contributions? 2. In May I got a referral from the family doctor from Aldemed for ultrasound, unfortunately it could not be carried out in Aldemed, because .... probably the operator quit and there was no one to handle ... of course I couldn't do it anywhere else at the National Health Fund so I had to spend 170 zlotys privately for a shoulder ultrasound. Paranoia.

The bottom is an understatement about this institution. I had a family doctor there for three years. For 3 years, I only needed a doctor's help 3 times. Not once have I dealt with my doctor. The way of handling the ladies from registration was always by selling me. The last time it was overkill. Coming with a referral from the hospital after an injury. Where the doctor in the hospital said that in case of worsening the consultation needed, I found out that a specialist doctor could see me in December and the family doctor would give me a telephone consultation in a week or two. Although the situation requires a personal consultation. Many friends confirm that the level of service is hopeless. And the clinic only collects as many patients as possible to get as much money as possible. But then medical care is no longer important. I advise against this clinic !!!!!

I see my GP sporadically, and during a pandemic, I can't even count on advice. When calling for an e-prescription, I have to wait a few days for it to be issued, and since I have asthma and have to work in a mask, I must suffocate or recover by a miracle

Hello, I would like to inform you that the person at the reception is not informed and they do not answer the phone, I am sick and I have been trying to register for a week but no one answers the phone. Come on, the signal is there. I don't know, maybe instead of working they drink a cup of coffee over the cake. PS: People aren't treated like that
