Nobody answers the phone at registration for a long time. There is still information that it's taken. I guess someone doesn't want to work

This clinic is a drama !! You want to go to registration is a big card, do not knock and phone numbers that are always occupied or turned off .. what we pay for, for grandmothers who sit and fart on the stool .. after all, you did not enter the reception and there was a window ... somehow everyone can work and the health service has some exceptions?
