The appointment scheduled for 9:10 at 10:00 was not yet. No respect for the patient's time. The doctor receives phone calls during home visits, which extends the waiting time. And it comes to a simple card to the specialist which will take up to 2 minutes ... Or work in aldemedzie or private visits.
