I cleaned two down jackets, unfortunately the down is packed. I do not recommend.

It is inconceivable how they treat customers !!! Neither good morning nor goodbye. they look at you and you stand 10 minutes until they come up from the kitchenette. They refuse to wash things that have already been washed there many times. Bah! They order to tear off permanently sewn buttons !! No more my foot will go there. Rude, vulgar, lack of basic upbringing rules

Tragic service, refers to customers with contempt, as if for punishment. And I'm not talking about welcoming a laundry customer as a god, but about basic principles of courtesy and interpersonal contacts. Only an elderly lady "from the back room" saved the situation. Avoid.
