I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Before Christmas, I gave an original down jacket worth PLN 1199 for cleaning. I picked up the jacket, yes - clean, but with a broken zipper. The ladies working in the laundry, without taking any responsibility, said that the lock broke when they put their jacket in the washing machine and are not responsible for it. When I finally managed to present my arguments, the workers said that they would repair the castle. 3 days ago, calling the owner, I found out that the repaired jacket will be ready today. Unfortunately, just today, when it was supposed to be repaired, the ladies realized that a plastic zipper came and they will not sew it in and the repair can take place only in 3 weeks (I will only add that the jacket is in the laundry from 22.12) The owner told me to pick up my jacket and wait for the phone to repair the lock. At the time of pick-up, I met with a very rude service and a conversation, where it was found that the zipper did not come off during washing, and the jacket had already been brought with a broken zipper, which is a simple lie (on the confirmation I received no technical defects of the jacket were noted) . Unprofessional and unreliable service Once again - I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
