Very friendly service, the place actually looks like a clinic - good equipment, all a plus. Treatment with a little trial method - maybe it will work. Although the dog could be referred for surgery immediately, we bought a few pharmacological agents before the doctor decided about the procedure. I understand because sometimes drugs will help, but experience should show the doctor "not this time" People working at HELP - very honest, helpful, willing to talk and advise :)

A very professional, committed and effective team. I regularly visit the clinic with my pets and I am satisfied. Vaccinations, procedures carried out in a relaxed atmosphere and quickly. In a situation that was life-threatening for my dog, we were admitted after the clinic's working hours. The dog was diagnosed very quickly, following a series of tests on the spot and spending free time on Sunday evening. Thanks to the quick reaction and commitment of Dr. Karolina, a decision was made to undergo emergency surgery. My dog ​​was operated on by Dr. Koliński, who saved his life along with the whole team! Do I recommend? Definitely!! Prices adequate to the service.

The dog is being treated at this clinic. For a few days it was worse, I went to the clinic in the hope of getting help, and I heard that nothing was happening and everything was fine. Examination, injection nothing disturbing acc. Doctor. But after the visit, it was only worse, on the second day, trying to contact the attending doctor, I waited for a few hours for a response, finally around 6 p.m. after the phone call, one of the many people called to come (they are working until 7 p.m.) and the receptionist with a problem in the voice stated that as we must it invites. The doctor still says that nothing is happening, and maybe something hurts him - a painkiller injection, the dog fainted in front of them, he had problems with his heart, but there was still a response that it was just like that and you have to wait it out. Half an hour after returning from "HELP", the baby died in pain in my arms ......

A clinic at the highest level! Dr Koliński is the best specialist and a brand in itself! A moment of conversation is enough to be sure and trust that this is the best place for our animals. People working there - not by chance - animal lovers with great knowledge and love for animals. Dr. Koliński approaches each pet owner with great respect and patience. Apart from P. Dr. Koliński, I had the pleasure of contacting Dr. Justyna and Dr. Mateusz - wonderful doctors! The technician and the manager are very patient and polite. The clinic has the right equipment to take care of each animal. Only recommend the clinic!
