Most offices are ... like offices. So it happens differently, it depends on who you go to. Parking here is great in many places it is sometimes but only for employees and for applicants? 2 in gusts 4 places. In summer, a very pleasant area of the city.
The vehicle registration office is a hopeless institution, and what does it work for, hardly for ordinary working citizens. Open until 2pm on Friday ??! On other days until 3pm ?! Who is it open to retirees ?? !!! Please understand the reality ...
I would like to praise the Communications Department, but it is a pity that they do not answer the phones.
The waiting time is a drama, and when you finally get to wait, the not-so-nice lady is sent back with a receipt. After the fact, it turned out that she should accept the documents and the whole situation resulted from this lady's ignorance of the law. Incompetent person in a fairly important position.
We are in the 21st century, but not here, not in this place, not in the communications department.
