Carpet like new, bright colors like from the store. Transport on the day of order. Nice courier took 5 carpets from the 4th floor without a lift without any problems. I highly recommend it again.

Well, unfortunately I had a negative experience = (. 2 carpets: wool and "artificial". Drive up to the house on the agreed date, pick up the carpets, OK! After a week, the phone call, a return arrangement seems OK, that's it. A wool rug after unfolding is great, 98% of the surface is very clean, 2% is some permanent discoloration (old carpet). The "artificial" carpet ... and here is a disappointment. Very intense smell (be it a cat, a damp basement, or who knows what) - we believed it was a matter of airing out, but unfortunately it was not enough, sprinkling 1 kg of baking soda on 3 m2 was also not enough. After 3 days, phone with a complaint, okay, pick up on the second day. After a double reminder after a week, the return of the carpet and unfortunately ... it still did not smell of freshness (not one where you can put your baby down and feel comfortable in the room) - still perceptible smell as before. Solution? Vanisha packaging - carpet cleaning powder, 10 minutes of rubbing with a brush + 40 minutes of waiting + vacuuming + shaking + vacuuming and ... finally there is an effect! To sum up - contact OK, maybe I have a bad carpet (2 years old), but next time I will use Vanish's services: cheaper, faster, more effective = D.

I do not recommend it, a week delay, asking for a carpet return several times. The carpets look the same as before. Pity the money.
