Horror! Total lack of organization. People come in, arrange it, then leave because there is something to pay and I go to the cash register or to the bank and the lady / gentleman waits in the window until the applicant returns. And the petitioner went to the other side of town to the bank because there was a line at the office. And the office worker sits and waits and waits. During this time, it could handle 6 people who already have everything taken care of or just want to collect the registration document. Drama, total drama.
4 * for 4 positively and quickly arranged registrations. It would be 5 * if it weren't for one thing, where I had the impression that the lady had the satisfaction that she could send me off with a receipt for the lack of a vehicle book, which I could report in a dozen or so minutes. During the pandemic, I was sent a permanent ID card home, which is also a plus.
I am really pleasantly surprised, I walked in! In the era of a pandemic, 7 positions are open! Half an hour and two registrations are done! Very nice service. Thank you and recommend! 😊
Telephone contact at 5 with a slight downside, because once I called it was busy. I found out over the phone what documents I need and I got the car registered in 12 minutes. How to live??? What to complain about if it went so smoothly? I need to think about it thoroughly. Thanks to the nice lady from window No. 4 for the express handling of the topic.
Calling the communications department is almost a miracle. There is no information on the website about how to go about things during a pandemic. Ladies in the windows, very nice and helpful, if you manage to come or make a call. The organization is terrible, as is the empathy of the lady from the security guarding the entrance to the building
