A charming church, it's a pity you can't see the inside.

I fully agree with the opinions that this is a beautiful example of sacred wooden art. It's easy to find here, because there are signposts to the facility. And here you can end the words of praise. Sunday, around 14:00. The church is closed deaf, no information about any possibility of contact with a person having keys or even able to provide information when you can visit the interior. This is not only a sacred object, but also a monument and maybe it would be worth for the priest to understand it.

Historic, beautiful wooden church of St. Marcin in Cieszowa near Koszęcin was built by Catholics in 1751, in the place of an earlier chapel erected by Protestants. The church in Cieszowa together with the cemetery is surrounded by a wooden fence with a gate from the north-west. The church is oriented, carcass construction, covered with shingles. At the presbytery there is a sacristy with a collators' bed on the first floor, accessible from the outside of the temple. Under the nave of the church is a crypt, in which until 1960 there were ashes of the owners of the town. From the west to the temple adjoins a square tower. The Neo-Gothic high altar with Baroque statues of St. John of Nepomuk and Valentine from the eighteenth century and the image of Saint. Martin. Side altars come from the mid-eighteenth century, there are coat of arms cartouches, there is also a baroque pulpit from the mid-18th century.

Beautiful historic wooden church, here you can feel the climate, I have a great sentiment to this place, because these are my homeland, and around it are the graves of my loved ones ...

The church Marcin's in Cieszowa - a wooden church from 1751. Beautiful, tiny and historic. I recommend it especially for small intimate weddings or baptisms. Being in the area is a must see. The church is located on the Wooden Architecture Trail of the Śląskie Voivodeship
