A few days after the premises opened, we ordered a table from Mr. Stefanski, which we have not received until today. We were so stupid that we paid half of the sum (PLN 2000) after 6 weeks where the table, according to Mr. Stefanski, was to be delivered to us, Mr. Stefanski started his theater of cheating and taming and the table is not there, there is no such thing, in the meantime we ordered a table elsewhere because we do not recommend this company and this gentleman !!!!
Anyone have a number for this Mr. (trickster) ??? We supplied him with floor samplers with zero contact on his part. Phone removed ... no reply to e-mails.
I definitely do not recommend it. My terrace has not been completed since October 2019. Advance payment, or rather half of the investment amount paid. We were left with a pile of boards in a color we did not order. Mr. Rafał Stefański does not answer phone calls or e-mails, and at this stage he also ignores the lawyer I employ. Our soap opera continues .....
I am very disappointed with the customer approach. I made an advance payment for the door and the contact with Mr. Stefanski was cut off. He is not answering phone calls, he is not answering e-mails, he has canceled his Facebook account. EDIT: Mr. Stefański returned the advance only after 6 months. I believe that this is not professional behavior and I do not recommend it anyway.
I am very happy with the installation of the vinyl floor. The gentlemen know their stuff, careful work of professionals and what is very important for me clean and well organized. You can see that the men are overworked but amateurs do it right away and here you can see your heart and desire to work.
