We bought panels and moldings in Bel-Pol. We waited a long time for service on the day of ordering. The lady from the store pretended that she could not see us in the almost empty living room, and when asked for help, she grimaced that she was busy scanning labels. After such a greeting, we wanted to leave, but the seller who was serving other customers finished at this point and placed the order (with the stock suggested by the service). After assembly, it turned out that we cannot return the surplus panels, although there is information on the Bel-Pol website that we have 14 days to do so. When trying to return, we found out that returns are only possible for online purchases. We have already bought floors many times, but only Bel-Pol refused to accept the surplus. WE WILL MAKE NEXT PURCHASES IN ANOTHER COMPANY!

Very good assembly crew. I was replacing the door with the door frames, the guys cut out the old ones and installed new ones. There was a bit of dust but no traces or cavities. They have very good equipment and, what is important, they can use it. In addition, after work, they did so after themselves that there was no sign of demolition. I wasn't convinced to change the door frames but they persuaded me and I really don't regret it. I recommend the undecided, all day work and noise but the effect of first class!
The assembly team and their approach to the client are a total failure. Bad measurement, unassuming assembly and, despite the complaint, repeated postponement of the date, no contact and disposal. Unfortunately, you cannot count on the help of field bales either. I really regret that we have not chosen another company, which are many.
