The embarrassing service each blames the other. They call you from the office that you can come and pick up your documents, then when you arrive nothing is ready and the employee who serves you says that your friend has already gone home and he doesn't know anything.
Łysol in glasses at the General Chancellery is particularly harsh and impudent.
I think he's sitting as a punishment.

How is it that in every city the offices, despite the long hours of office on Mondays, are able to start work from the early hours only not in Luboń? !!!
Reliable and helpful clerks, professional approach to the case, got rid of all stereotypes that I had in my mind about Polish offices, people open to conversations and problems of a citizen, this is how it should look in every Polish city.
