Fifteen minutes took the application, despite a few-person queue. Officers very nice and quick, and in case of any questions patiently explain what and how.

Application for a passport submitted in 15 minutes mega fast service no queue very nice ladies to help, and I had to go to Bielsko uff and a minimum of 4 hours standing in line.
