A distillery built by Tytus Woyciechowski - the owner of Ziemia Poturzyna (near Dolhobyczów), an industrialist (and a great friend of F. Chopin), on the land of the village of Podhorce, brought in 1838 to his estates as a wedding dowry, by the countess Alojza Marcjanna Poletyłło from Wojsławice. Apparently, in the late nineteenth century, it produced as many as 33 thousand. spirits buckets per year! (bucket - about 10 liters)
