I would like to add that I finally did not use the services of your clinic, which made me bitter. :( Doctor, referring to your entry under my opinion. Yes, it does not mean that you need to consult each case and implement appropriate treatment, while the registration lady is obliged to inform the patient about it, I was not informed about it during the first appointment (later it turned out that I do not have this visit, but skipping it). As for arranging visits by third parties (I made the first appointment myself) and at the second I was personally "when a third person made an appointment" (the problem I have was emphasized during the interview). I do not want to argue with you because this is not the point, I just I am sorry that during the phone call made a few days before the first visit, I heard on the phone that the lady from registration cannot verify my words (this visit) in any way, you were my "lifeline" for which I waited 1.5 months. And I am sure about the date and hours, I did not mumble or make a mistake. It is all irrelevant .. It is a pity that this is how you treat a patient who "tried to take advantage of your health services" with his "hands and feet". As for private telephones, you do not judge, but to patients do not say "hey" "hello" since it was a call from another patient, she could politely apologize and ask to wait on the line. Doctor, about services and not benefits, please also pay attention to the person who are satisfied with the Lord's "services" and not with the benefits (just look down). As for the offense of your employee or colleague, please do not interpret my opinion in this way. I described what my impression was during the conversation with this lady who was completely indifferent to my hurt and could not help me in any way, I felt that she totally ignores the situation and is rude. It was my first visit, encouraged by positive opinions of my friends I arranged an appointment. very nice staff cool lady Dr. approached me so that I did not even know when and the tooth was pulled out! I was scared quickly and painlessly .... As it turned out, there was nothing I used the services of the NFZ and everything was professionally done! From today I will not be afraid of tooth removal 🙂 thank you!

I had a visit to get two eights at the NFZ with a referral from the orthodontist at 4pm, at 15:50 the whole team working there went for a chat in the office, they called me only at 16:45 and then I got anesthesia after waiting for the anesthesia to work dr.
