I generally like hospital clinics, but I have one comment. They register all patients for one hour, so the queue in front of the office is long. They all sit tightly packed like herring and how does this relate to the restrictions due to the coronavirus. Why do they measure the temperature at the entrance and ask for masks, because if I come across an asymptomatic host, who will take responsibility? Why signs informing about keeping distance everywhere? Please, the director read this and make the appropriate decisions. There is one more thing! During the last visit, I had an e-referral, but it turned out that you in the registration window have no idea what to do with it. Should I report it to the National Health Fund so that they can teach the registrar to handle such referrals? One more thing. Today I was doing my daughter's thyroid hormone tests, which I had to pick up over the internet in the afternoon. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my visit (in Warsaw), which I had been waiting for 2 months, because I could not enter the laboratory's website due to an error that kept showing up. And such defects cannot be blamed on Covid-19.

Guys - I read all these opinions and I don't understand what you mean? You vote for free health service - then you have free health service. If someone believes that it is possible to get something valuable, of high quality, without the money and work for it, this speaks volumes about it. What you write about is not an aberration - it is an obvious result.

After arriving at the SOR, you first need to register by phone just before entering, ladies so pleasant that you don't want to do anything. The hospital in Stalowa was closed so we went to Tbg, every now and then questions were asked if I had something closer or if I wanted to go in, the lady who was admitting did not even get up from her chair to look at or touch the bite I had. I really do not recommend, they had nothing to complain about because there were not many people and they welcomed me as if they were doing me a favor. Defeat.

Doctors make their own private wards, first admitting patients who come privately. In the era of COVID, 10 people were squashed together in a small waiting room, because everyone was informed that they should come at the same time! Finally, the doctor is 1.5 hours late.
