Very nice
A lot of lightning equipment.
Lamps ordered online. The store presented the worst possible customer service:
- lamps which, according to the order, were to be shipped after 10 days, were shipped after 19 days,
- no one from the store informed me about the delay
- the store specifies a false delivery time, wine store employees transfer delays to lamp manufacturers (Nowodvorski, TK Lighting) and courier companies (an order from competitors made at the same time arrived in less than 24 hours).
- store employees were not able to say when the ordered products will be delivered to them,
- after canceling the part of the order that was not in stock, the products were still not shipped because store employees forgot about it,
I advise against "a trip" to this place! Because this is what it looks like - 1.5 hours both ways, only to find out that HANDLING THIS STORE IS A TOTAL BOTTOM. I was blown away even though I came for one particular thing, not "look at the light bulbs". Someone else earned a thousand. The owners congratulate the staff at this time ...
