A very competitive price company. Before buying, I did a price research with four different contractors from Wałbrzych and with a really large range of offers this was comparable to the cheapest. Looking at the company's website, I had some concerns, but when the owner came to me on Saturday, after exchanging a few sentences, I knew that I was dealing with a man who knows what he does. I had the opportunity to meet the work of two teams dealing with assembly in this company. The first (drawing slightly from the east) did the window installation correctly. The other dealt with window processing and window sills. I am very pleased with this. Mr. Rafał answered matter-of-factly all my questions / comments and proposed and discussed several possibilities of window processing. You can see the employee's commitment to make the customer happy. Professional and nice and polite towards me and my neighbors. Solid windows, well mounted and adjusted. I would highly recommend.

Referring to your opinion, we explain: The contract concluded with VITO PLAST included only the basic assembly of the windows purchased in the company. The scope of works did not include plastering, foundation or other alterations of window openings. If such works were commissioned, this fact would be recorded in the contract. After arranging the assembly date and arrival of the assembly team, it turned out that the window opening 1 was not prepared (the foundation was not made), and the Ordering Party expects the assembly to be carried out "in the air". The refusal to assemble resulted from the fact that it is incompatible with the art of construction, and the company can not take responsibility for improper assembly. The ordering party set the next date for assembly. After the arrival of the staff, it turned out that the underpinning was not made, i.e. the installation of the window was not possible. Once again, when you write a negative opinion, please let the information be in accordance with the actual state, because the arguments about the lack of assembly time or the fact that the assemblers did not appear after paying for the service (which was your choice, and it is not a rule in our company) they are untruthful and harm the good name of the company.

This is the basic treatment with devastation of window sills which I wanted to keep. In addition, there is a complete lack of communication between the Lord and the measurements, the office and fitters. Gentlemen on the spot have no idea what they have at all to mount, refuse to install one window due to the lack of foundation, when it is done in my field once again they refuse for lack of time and do not appear more, but this is how it is paid the whole the amount in advance and not after the work is done .. I warn you!

I fully recommend the window and installation done on time. For working people, everything can be arranged by email.

ATTENTION!!! I advise you to avoid the complaint from several times, the window is still not closing The owner is not brazenly answering the phone. The company operates on the principle of take money and wash your hands, zero responsibility.
