I do not know where such a high rating, but in my case the implementation of the order is simply a tragedy and the company does not want to take responsibility for the errors of its seller. After a price inquiry, the Sales Engineer presented me with an offer for two items. When it came to the order, it turned out that instead of given prices in Euro, Mrs. reported in US dollars. After the update offer, I placed the order again, but one of the valves was delivered in breach of the offer. Then, in a message with the number of the bill of lading, is accompanied by a letter of the next update prices on the valve. Only, in the news, there was no information that has been attached supporting documents, and this is always mentioned in the correspondence. Documents missed, because as there is no information that something is attached, it just did not check. Especially when you need to scroll for a minute to find attachments. Valve replacement after the terms of the second offer will not. The company assumes no responsibility for errors seller, and I have to worry about the implementation of the same supply valve under the tender. Thank you very much!
