However, the problem is the shopping itself, namely: some kind of a mess, it's hard to find what you are looking for, because it is either in the least expected place or in a different department, and most of the staff, unfortunately, cannot help or advise you in anything, or it sends you back to another friend, a friend who cannot be found anyway. So that in the store, the customer is left alone with his problem, he can find it - he leaves satisfied, you will not be able to count on professional help.
