Calling this facility is close to a miracle, no one answers. It's 11 o'clock and I'm trying to connect from 9 regularly calling every few minutes. I understand everything, but this is an inflection, I worked for 5 years in a German bank in Germany and that was unthinkable. Of course, I will report it above and I will publish the recordings of calling attempts on YouTube. PATHOLOGY

The bank opened from 8:00 and at 8:45 one person did not even enter because "the system was hung". What do you take so much money for if you have such poor systems? Anyway, you always have to waste a minimum of one hour to get something done at this bank. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Waiting time - massacre. It is better to take food and crocheting with you, even if you can not crochet, you will have time to learn.

8.40 hour quickie ... ... took 8 people in front of me .... 9.05 an hour, more people came than were handled. 9.10 I go out alone, the cable did not go up to 1 person forward, not counting, of course, people who came without a handle ...
