Currently, the trip to Kalisz is over 950 km one way, so I really wanted to make the right date, take time off at work ... I need to spend time and money on the journey. Embassies of Poland abroad are paralyzed, obtaining a passport is impossible there, so if the matter is urgent, you should decide to come to Kalisz ... Arriving at the office due to the presence of a client, a "security guard" informs you in a tone that does not resist any objection that it is impossible for any date to be set for eleven o'clock, because "FROM 10 AM THE OFFICE DOES NOT RECEIVE" ... when trying to explain the situation, the "security guard" cuts into the first words saying "he will turn there, hang the card and read and call this number "without listening to what's going on. Level of expression and handling of people - below the level of silt in the river ... In the meantime, when looking for which card and number this lovely lady is talking about, you have to listen to comments like "read read enough" unfortunately, as you can see, not everyone is an alpha and omega like the "bodyguard" .... embarrassment. I have the impression that the irritation with my presence could have been caused by hunger, because there was a prepared meat on the desk with vegetables in jelly ... well ... after all, 11am is time for lunch ... but to the end .. Another lady who had the same high level of personal culture as the lady from the window came to the telephone number provided on the card ... was it a family? Or maybe similar frustrations plaguing life ...? Conducting a conversation in the tone of a bribe from a market and preventing the interlocutor from speaking is probably the main function of officials? Hmmmm ... at some point you think that there is no use in kicking the horse ... after asking when it would be possible to pick it up, the lady gave the date, unfortunately the time is so distant that even prolonging the visit to Kalisz, it would be impossible to realization ... so I keep trying .... human being a naive being .. after another attempt "if someone would appeal the term earlier, would it be ...." (and again I was not able to finish) this lovely lady she jumped at me that WHAT DO I NEED OF THEM !? I ran out of strength for more. I don't understand what are all those "employees" doing after 10 o'clock, if only until this hour they see clients for the rest of the day? The office supposedly works between 8:15 and 15:15 ... hmmm ... Embarrassment mixed with bitterness. There is no instruction manual for the shoe and arrogance. Complexes and a sense of impunity breed such "officials". Animal farm, version of Kaliska. I would like to add that unfortunately it was not a one-off situation in this place. Each time a person refrains from judging and swallows bitterness, allowing himself to be humiliated in this way ... allowing the germinating false false thought that this is what it is and must be.

This is a horror with any question, and even more so concerning cards of residence. Why do others work fine, but here it is impossible not to submit documents, not to receive ready-made ones in any queue, it simply does not exist

I do not recommend that it is better to travel to this knowledge and not waste time and the lady in the window is terrible
