Today I felt good !!! The communication department for the Kalisz poviat is a kind of great clerical paranoia against the applicant. It ignores the fact that "officials" supported by our taxes literally stick to the contract with a comma or period instead of thinking and checking! I take a second vacation with an interval of 3 weeks. The first time I took a vacation, I went to re-register the car, I found out that registration only through online numbers, because there are no more vacancies, ok, I didn't know that the office was so "advanced". I registered online for today, of course, another day of leave taken, after waiting in the queue I go to the window and find out what? Today we have a problem with the application and we will not register your car !!! Wear ku .... they don't have contact with their online application to let people know that nothing will be done. The annoyance of these officials is common and maybe eventually someone will take care of it and put it in order. 3 times it will not register the car in another normal poviat or in the city of Kalisz there is also normal.

All employees of the County Office, including honorable gentlemen "Porter" every applicant is grace that whatever they will do for him, most likely having a wrong vision of reality, that the applicant is here for them and not them for the applicant. Today being at At 2:10 pm I waited 45 minutes to pick up my driving license, then the ladies at the stands said that they would not work overtime and said that they would not serve anyone anymore. It is a scandal and a big joke. A person who comes to the opening hours set by Strostwo in Kalisz is not served. Not only does the County Office have opening hours when a normal person has a job or other important classes, such as school, etc., but also presents such a high level of lack of competence and empathy. I am very curious if a customer would come to the restaurant 20 minutes before closing and the waiter would take the order, the cook had prepared only half of the dish, he saw on the watch that his working time was up, he would leave everything and tell the customer who was waiting that he would not give him food, will be working overtime. What is happening in this place is one big scandal that I think someone above should take care of and think about changing the opening hours of offices because if this does not change, then every day from Strostwa unserved applicants will leave.
