After "cleaning" the laundry gave away a suit with stains that could not be seen before "washing". Very not nice gentleman informed me that stains are my fault and he does not take responsibility for them because sometimes after cleaning protein dirt comes out. So you should only give clean items to the laundry? They were also badly ironed - creases. I advise against using this service point.

Once I gave a good brand suit for cleaning here. After receipt, it smelled musty, the trousers and jacket were pressed in the wrong place, the owner refused the complaint. Fortunately, he was able to save him in another professional laundry. This was the first and last time at this establishment. Unpleasant experience.

I brought a small thing to the laundry today. The owner refused to accept because he did not know how much to charge for the service. "He advised me" that I should wash it myself in the washing machine. He was very rude. I was a regular customer and gave things there many times for cleaning. Unfortunately, the arrogance of the owner discouraged me from this service point. Bury.
