This time was closed but been there before. I love the eclectic style and all the collections

An intriguing place where you can see items with memories of the past. Each and every thing there has its own story, and there are so many of them that it is impossible to see them all at once. I will definitely come back here again and I am also sure that I will see things that I have not seen before. It is a place that I can honestly recommend to anyone who visits Kalisz for the first time and to those who have lived here for years.

Step back in time by descending to the basement. A large collection of utensils arranged by theme: from shoemaker tools to kitchen utensils and from hand puppets to irons. And much more in about 8 packed rooms. Undoubtedly there are recognizable articles from grandmother's time and with that the small museum evokes nostalgia. But don't come just for the collection. The striking owner and manager Andrzej is also full of stories. And he also speaks excellent German. In short, it is worth visiting the museum if you come to the oldest place in Poland: Kalisz. Entrance: 8 zloty (2020).

Lots but lots of interesting exhibits with an interesting history. I recommend spending some time in this interesting place

Historical misha, but after a while it makes a great impression. Each item is part of human life and history. And these items are abundant. I definitely recommend, especially for families with children, to literally touch history.
