Great service. Even when I found the defective products, the manager, after a short conversation, replaced the goods with a brand new one. There is no objection

I asked one of the staff for help, he said he was busy and he couldn't help me at this point. This employee was helping to serve the client, another employee. I waited patiently. After a few minutes, an employee finished serving another customer and ignored the fact that I was waiting next door. He didn't come over, didn't ask how he could help. The store was well stocked so I relied on my intuition and did the shopping without anyone's help. The only disappointment was that only one cash register was open, at which there was a long queue.

I waited for the ordered floor panels, first it was said that they would be there in a week - I arrived, there was none. I drove around and heard the same thing until yesterday (when 4 weeks had passed since the day of ordering) I was told that (attention!) THEY WERE NOT EVEN ORDERED !!! This is insolence on their part! Additionally, I bought a bathroom door, but it turned out to be too high. I asked if it was possible to cut them, I was told yes BUT they have a blunt knife ?! and that I have to come in a week when they change it .. Ok .. I came to be sure after 2 weeks, I asked the staff if it was possible to cut the door, to which you replied that it is not his department, he does not know and you need to look for someone from the department " DIY ".. Only 1 cashier in the shop 🙄 graciously called an employee .. I waited 10 minutes but no one showed up, I was not given any information !! Total lack of competence, cashiers work as punishment, they are very unpleasant, rude. It's not worth wasting time or nerves on this brothel. I do not recommend 👎

Very affordable prices and a huge range of television accessories such as amplifiers, cables, plugs, all types of adapters and even entire antenna systems. A large free parking lot is right in front of the entrance. Very friendly staff, although not good in German, but of course Polish, which nevertheless works very well with hands and feet. Immediate and problem-free exchange of defective goods is possible, as I have tried myself. All in all highly recommended.
