Great people. Amazing facility
A tragedy.
Scheduling an appointment from 2 weeks, commuting to a given time from another city
upon arrival, it turned out that another dog was accepted for the procedure without informing us in advance that the procedure may be performed at a later hour.
Several times the clinic was informed that the dog must get the so-called "stupid Johnny" because he is so close to the owner that he is afraid to stay with someone strangers and the lady at the reception suggested taking the dog to wait, totally uninformed lady who did not even know that he had an appointment the dog has already done any tests
in fact everything at the highest level .......
I recommend this place! My pooch is always served perfectly there. There is no day or hour that I cannot call and ask for telephone support. Doctors with great knowledge and commitment to work. The place itself is clean, fragrant and inviting to visit. I really like coming up with SMS messages to customers with reminders. I'm on YES. :)
Very professional service. Possibility to buy food and care products for our little ones. Probably the best veterinary clinic in Kalisz.
