Tragedy, I had two carpets for washing. One was not washed and the only advantage of the whole situation is the fact that it was not counted for it. Both carpets smell as if they were dried in a cellar or rolled up still wet, soaked in a preparation that was supposed to mask the bad smell. There was no way to spread it next to a small child. After two weeks of airing attempts, I reported a problem with the laundry. The lady only gave a piece of paper with numbers and told me to call saying that they only accept carpets and someone else washes them, dismissing me without trying to solve the matter. I do not recommend it, it is a waste of money, nerves and things that will go to the dustbin due to their lack of professionalism !!!

One day they say they take the carpets to clean, the next day I drag the carpet. And what they no longer accept. Waste of time!!! I do not recommend

TRAGEDY.! It is true that the situation took place two years ago, but I will not forgive myself if I do not describe it. I was washing my wedding dresses there for my own wedding. I picked up the dresses hoping that everything was fine with them. The dress was in foil so I didn't take it out anymore, so I wouldn't accidentally get it somewhere. It was well washed, it was white. But .... Exactly there is a but. The dress had a wheel, which the ladies took out for washing and did not return it .... On my wedding day, when I put on the dresses, there was no wheel. I called the laundry and as if she never says "well, this is the wheel here" .... So quickly my friend went 20 km to Jaworzno for this wheel, we put the wheel under the church .... It turned out that the ladies rolled the wheel into a snail, that it was not suitable for the dress anymore because it twisted in different directions: / so the dress was getting under my feet, tangled and I was not able to walk in it: / 30 minutes before the first dance I had to arrange a petticoat with a wheel through olx, luckily my friend had such a wheel at home and she quickly gave me a lift. But due to the lack of professionalism of the ladies, my beautiful day was full of nerves. I didn't even hear a stupid, I'm sorry, the ladies were even indignant that how can I blame them, if I didn't notice that they didn't give the wheels ... But they broke the wheel anyway! And it was not suitable! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Good laundry, good prices, fast deadlines.

The service was done badly. Suit trousers with a stain came back to me with a stain. Lack of any willingness to help that side of the staff. I'm unhappy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
