From the morning the man calls to find out something is 1 p.m. and the consultants are busy all the time on the line. I do not know why this phone call, if no one is answering anyway. Defeat
Generally, from the good side of the store, it was only the location that they managed to achieve. Service Does not know how to help the client, the door department is completely from a different era, the rejection of the client is not a nice artificial lady, when asking about the door she immediately says that a very long waiting time, when they do not know something, they send clients to information, they try to how can they help, but if there are experts in the department, does sending information make any sense ?! Generally, it's hard to find a staff member, only the memories of the boys from the information are always there :)
Nice service, they will always advise you professionally, although there are sometimes shortages in the assortment
A lot of branded tools :) quite large assortment, however, when it comes to what ... looking for something "specific" / "special" is:
- it is not on offer (because they withdrew it, because it is out of stock, etc.,
