Jestem zadowolony z pracy betonowego Wojtka.
Betonowa podłoga robi wrażenie a firma jest profesjonalna od pierwszego kontaktu do realizacji. pomogli mi zdecydowanie popchnąc budowę do przodu, rozwiązali problemy techniczne jakie pojawiły się w wyniku prac innych ekip remontowych. Bardzo polecam do posadzek.
Architectural concrete slabs arrived damaged. One was split in half, some had chipped concrete. After writing down the damage report, instead of exchanging it for new discs immediately, the seller offered to buy more and ordered to wait for the complaint to be considered in the forwarding company. Dismissive treatment of customers !!! After such behavior I lost confidence in this company! Finally, I sent the whole order because I did not want to lose my right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. My fears were confirmed and to this day I have no information about the course of this complaint with the forwarder. If this is what you do with your clients, I don't think it will bode well.
A great company
Just passing the second year as in my kitchen without any reservations stands a concrete countertop and a sink.
I would recommend.
Ladies and gentlemen. I use the kitchen, where countertops and sink were made by the company Betonowy Wojtek. I am sorry to say that this is the only element that has failed. Flaking, stains and worst mold!
I am convinced that the case will find its final conclusion in court. A kitchen manufacturer, let him push with Beton Wojtek. Nevertheless, I advise everyone to avoid this company from a distance.
