I bought a kyntos paddling pool and two Radaway cabins. I am very satisfied with the quality of the products, they are not the cheapest, but I think they are worth it. Unfortunately, after installing the shower tray, while wiping it from dust, it turned out to have a manufacturing defect. I asked Radaway to replace the shower tray at their expense. It took a while to make a decision on this, but they finally settled it in my favor. They definitely rose to the occasion and took responsibility for a production error, so I would like to thank you and heartily recommend it.
I bought a cabin for 1.5 thousand, unfortunately after the first shower my bathroom was flooded. They told me these were splash proof cabins, not waterproof. Content of the answer: In response to your complaint about leakage of the product, I am obliged to inform you that it has been rejected. Our products are manufactured on the basis of standards that detail the leak test methodology and guarantee that if the product has been installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and is used in accordance with its intended use, it has the required serviceability.
Non-profile models mounted with a low threshold strip protect the bathroom surface against water reflecting off the bather's body. This means that they are splash-proof, not waterproof. Directing the water jet at the cab joints can lead to water seepage outside the cab.

The design department, if there is one in this company, is at odds with the sense of aesthetics. The impression is terrible because the adjacent elements have a completely different shade of gold. It is a complete lack of a sense of aesthetics.
Perhaps the individual components are from other Chinese producers. It is enough to entrust it to one decent contractor who can ensure color consistency.

Mega recommend the company Radaway. It's great that this is our Polish capital, let them expand their activities to the world.
As for the products themselves, for 4 years I have had an Eos II shower enclosure and an underfloor shower tray. Mega solution for smaller bathrooms.
The service is also at a master's level. For example, the knob to open the door broke and I sent an e-mail that I would like to buy another one because my warranty expired a few months earlier. In response, I was asked for the address and informed, I will be happy to send the service to me! knobs despite expiry of the warranty period.
Big disappointment in quality and aesthetics. As someone mentioned in another opinion, the combination of gold in different tones is a school mistake. Producers of cheaper products offered in other chains know this. It is a pity that this company does not know about it. I do not recommend.
