Opening hours completely unsuitable for working people. The communication department could be at least one day open to a minimum of 17, because in order to settle anything you need to take a day off. But it still does not guarantee a settlement, since the opening hours are until 14:30, in my opinion all the petitioners who arrive before this hour should be served. Today I was at 14, but I heard that I will not deal with anything because there are too many waiting and that I should come tomorrow. The only plus is that the lady in the information was nice.

A young lady with information pretentiously provides all information. She does not hide her irritation by answering questions with a raised voice as if she was working here as a punishment !!! Biting comments tossed under the nose, like a friend from the desk next to no place at all. I think someone is not in the right position. Scandal!

Very bad, the head is unselfishly relates to the visitors failing to perform their duties, only work until 14:30, constantly something in them is not working then the server then the computer, registration and withdrawal from the registration of the car carry on some of their own laws are not the same as in the whole Poland Even in Ukraine is better! It is not clear why wages are earned! Absolute ignorance of the laws!

Everything goes smoothly, although the waiting time for your turn could be a bit shorter. Waiting for car registrations just over an hour.
