I used LARS for the LED lighting of a space in London, UK. Quality products, from aesthetics down to efficiency and durability. Value for money and brilliant customer service. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I will engage them for future projects!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed and negatively surprised by the bad approach to the customer by LARS. The LARS company is not able to correctly implement a simple order for 5 meters of LED strip. The wrong LED strip was sent several times (9.6 W instead of 12 W). It looks as if the sales department does not communicate with the logistics department at all? Despite my many attempts and requests, no one at LARS wants to send back the ordered LED tape, and the company stopped responding to my e-mails - now I have a big problem with the construction of my bathroom (I cannot finish the work). Avoid a wide berth! I do not recommend.
