Mr. Daniel and his ward from the psychiatry of the addiction ward probably made a mistake with the appointment and it was their methods that contributed to my leaving the facility ... Namely, on the first day I was told to wait a day for the doctor to come, and then the irritating white light was turned on in response to my Willingness to take a nap later, I was mistakenly given the wrong notes to memorize because about alcohol, not drugs, in them the commandments imposing faith in God, I was not given medicines and, what is worse, no drink, explaining that the daily limit of "diluted" tea had already been consumed it wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the fact that I was from Pomerania and no one could make such purchases for me! I will not mention the lack of empathy on the part of the ward lady who terrorizes the charges, humiliates and points out mistakes in the group forum and it is thanks to these two as well as poor conditions of stay that I left this ward hearing the command "poor family, drug addict returns" without comment ...

The son was in this hospital in the department of pediatrics, allergology and gastroenterology. I was a bit afraid of this stay because I heard some unflattering opinions. My fears turned out to be unfounded. The son was to have an elective surgery - removal of the stent from the pancreatic duct. First we went to have both my son and me tested for covid. We arrived two hours before the scheduled time, yet there was no problem for the swabs to be taken earlier. It all took a very short time and went very smoothly. We were informed relatively quickly by text message that the results were negative. On the next day we came to the hospital where our son was admitted to the ward. Here, too, the procedures ran very smoothly. Both nurses and doctors are communicative, empathetic people, and most importantly - they are professionals who know their profession. The doctor introduced himself to me in an accessible way what the procedure would involve. Nurses showed my son where the toilet is, his room etc. I am very impressed and I bow my head to the people working there. And I am very grateful to all the staff of this branch for looking after my son.

Individual units perform differently, some better, some worse. For example, it improved at the SOR, but the final assessment is rather negative. There is anesthesia in the eyes, man is only an object here, something to be examined, empathy does not exist. Other hospitals in the region do a little better in this respect.
