Even though they didn't speak English the communication was good but the services were awful. My dress wasn't ironed and the mattress on the breast was tuck. Also a lot of threads of the tie was out.

I was staying in Bydgoszcz for 2 weeks and needed to do some laundry. Rather than pay the high hotel prices I took my clothes here. For 50PLN my large bag of clothes were washed, dried, and folded and ready for pickup the same day. They open at 8 or 9 am and close at 7pm. Would not hesitate to use there services again!
