Baroque church from the second half of the 18th century. Inside, the altar moved from the collegiate church in Zamość. In the center of the altar there is a copy of Rafael's Transfiguration. The belfry next to the church was also built in the 18th century.

The construction of the present church began after 1750 on the initiative of priest. Józef Łysakowski and the foundation of Lublin voivode Tomasz Antoni Zamoyski. The project was prepared by Lviv architect Bernard Meretyn. The church was completed after 1771 thanks to priest. Baltazar Dulewski and with the financial support of Jan Jakub Zamoyski, the voivode of Podolia.
