I've known Dubienka since the 1980s. The Orthodox church was deserted and neglected. It was a pity and I was happy today to see the progress in the renovation of this object. I am very happy and I hope that the interior will also be nicely furnished. Strangely, they use European funds. It's probably good that it came out

Orthodox church of St. Nicholas was built in 1909 on the initiative of the Moscow merchant Paskalkov on the site of the former Uniate church. It is a red brick building, in the Russian-Byzantine style, with a roof decorated with five domes. The external façades are decorated with medallions with images of saints painted on a tin. Inside, however, are beautiful frescoes. The church in Dubienka belongs to the few on the Bug that survived the destruction of the church by the Polish authorities in 1938. After the displacement of the Ukrainian population to the USSR in 1946, the temple was closed. Recently, steps have been taken towards its protection and renovation.

A well-preserved brick Orthodox church located in the center of Dubienka at the intersection of 3 Maja and Cerkiewna Streets. Built in the first decade of the twentieth century. Closed since World War II. Currently, a major refurbishment is in progress, unavailable to visitors
