My family church burned down, this one was built in its place. It has the same atmosphere of quiet prayer, good people and a wonderful priest

I would like someone to explain the situation in the cemetery to me. I don't know what the priest was saying that he didn't let me throw away the burnt candles in a container ... I think that some rules have been established in the parish. a person from this parish. The priest should at least inform me and not take my rubbish and turn around without a word of explanation. I mention that I did not meet the priest until later I guessed that he was a priest for which I am very sorry.
