Intimate, but very nice and atmospheric interior.

The church from Matczyna was built around 1686 from larch. It has a smokeless, four-winded structure with a square nave, a rectangular narrower presbytery, vestibule and sacristy, covered with shingles. It is the oldest preserved wooden parish church in the Lublin region. In 1928, the church received a survey inventory, in 1966 it was entered in the register of monuments. Demolished and transported to the Museum in 1980. Built here in 2000, devoted in 2002, the decor was obtained in 2001-2005.

Sector Town. The church from around 1686. The oldest building in the museum, and at the same time the oldest preserved wooden parish church in the Lublin region. The interior of the church is illustrated by the state at the turn of the 1920s and 1930s. The Baroque pulpit, the Stations of the Cross and side altars transferred from the church in Bończ.

According to the information brochure, the oldest original object in the museum. And since the oldest, it's worth seeing :-)
