The registration lady is unconscious (to say the least). In the morning I signed up at 17. It turned out that I was not on the list and "there are 6 people waiting in the queue". Well, it could happen so I tried to get information about what this solution might be. However, to my questions I heard "I don't know". Zero attempt to even talk. In the end it is a registration error, and the Madam only turned her head ignoring my presence at the counter. When I went to the office myself to ask if the doctor would take me off the list in connection with this situation. It turned out that I was cheated. No one was in line. I came back to registration .. What you got confused and said .. Well, there is now does not mean that it will not and turned around ... My hands fell down ... I sat under the office and waited ... For an hour I heard only private conversations of the doctor and laughter from behind the door. When I was finally admitted with breathlessness, without an examination, without an interview at the first visit, and only after lighting my throat with a telephone was prescribed an antibiotic .. Doctor surly and clearly nervous that he can not go home anymore. The doctor left the clinic with me. These 6 people did not appear. Finally, after a few days I came to another clinic in even worse condition after "treatment" by this man. Never again. I advise against this clinic. It is better to go even to the other end of the city to see a doctor than to find these incompetent people

As for me, it's easy to register. Sensational, thorough, diligent pediatrician, listens to the patient, does not underestimate the symptoms. The child should be 100 percent healthy for vaccination. No problem referring to examinations and specialists. You can also consult by phone. The "family" name really suits him.

The receptionist spoils the image of the entire clinic. She behaves as if she did not know why she is there. She does not understand ANYTHING what is said to her and she has NO clue about basic things !!!!! SHAME. He does not answer calls because he talks about his private matters on a business phone. Every time I am there is a problem. He is not a competent person but what to expect from a person who has gained a job thanks to nepotism.
