The queues are very long, and move slowly but Ms. ophthalmologist looked very elegant, however I've been waiting for over, 4h, 2 of them before I got the chance to register.

I agree with most of the sentences. This WOMP should be closed, because there was already a tragedy and mockery of the hours, for example, and now it is even worse. An appointment for a given morning hour, in my case for the most ordinary preliminary examinations, is a fiction. Only the blood and urine laboratories work properly, because it is always routine and simple there. Then the tragedy begins with one attending doctor for each examination, 2/3 of the chairs are blocked and a long queue among people ... because they will never discover civilization with the collection of numbers there. And you sit there for 3-4 hours.

Tragic. Long lines - but I'm not picking on here, ladies nurses and ladies in registration, really nice. The attending doctor in room 8 should probably change her profession, she yells at the patients sitting in the corridor by the door, despite the fervor in the corridor, you can hear everything and nobody would want to. She is quite abusive and accepts with grace 3 people per hour, where there is quite a rotation from other rooms, the queue is growing instead of shrinking. Shaving chaos and a lot of lack of organization. NOBODY makes sure that the people waiting have properly put on their masks, so that they do not stand on top of each other and we have an increase in infections.

Incompetent people in positions. Before entering, visitors are welcomed by the "RAILWAY MANAGER" who has absolutely no idea about the applicable rules and order of admission to the center. It was enough for someone to come up with an "agreed" time and skip the line. If someone did not have an appointment for a specific time, he was informed by the MANAGER that he should wait, take his place in the queue and be admitted. After letting in, it turns out that waiting in the queue for an hour gives you the option to sign up for a distant date. For students who enroll in school in September, it is one month after the start of the school year. The registration manager has no control over emotions, insults and yells at customers.

The opinion relates to arriving at the opening of the facility at 7am: The gentleman from WOT'u (?), Good laugh, makes sure that everyone has a covid questionnaire filled and puts people in several queues to make it go quickly and efficiently. On-site temperature measurement and short registration queue. The lady in registration tells you what and how you know where to go and in what order. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes for the tests, the entire visit took three hours, two of which were waiting for the blood results. Generally, people complaining about the queue start at 10, when it is actually created by sanitary restrictions such as disinfection and airing the room every few patients. But overall it's cool.
