THE SHOP DOES NOT RECOGNIZE A COMPLAINT AND SELL A GON ** O !!! YOU HAVE TO BE JUDGED !!!! Everything is fine until a complaint is made. The Whirlpool fridge with a digital temperature display does not maintain the set temperature at all. A service technician arrives without any documents and finds a defect of the device, but the store sends a refusal of complaint. At the cancellation, he replies that we did not let the technician (lie) and that we did not provide them with a device to the store (we did not have to). According to the law, we demand refrigeration and reimbursement of the refrigerator, but then the circus starts up, because the store, after two months, must pick up the equipment, which it has not repaired "without unnecessary delay". So what are they doing? In subsequent writings, they repeat the same lies, for which they have neither confirmation nor authorization in the act.

Nice during sale, but faulty equipment is not repaired or replaced. As the service arrives gracefully as part of a complaint, they have no parts, then they bring the wrong ones. And everything lasts for weeks, and then months.
