Zus is a zus, a bit ossified institution. They went crazy with the place of serving the clients. A large room, clean, a lot of so-called "windows" but it has not happened yet that all of them were open. It is a pity, because if they are, then why the client has to wait. Service at a good level only. Ladies are very nice, smiling, but unfortunately you can not always get a comprehensive answer to the question. Overall, the improvement can be seen but still far away from the ideal.
