Greek Catholics to Lidzbark Warmiński were displaced from south-eastern Poland in 1947 during the "Wisła" campaign. In total, over 150,000 Ukrainians were forcibly resettled, of which over 55,000 were sent to the Olsztyn Province, including 3,700 to the Lidzbark County. The Greek Catholic parish in Lidzbark Warmiński was established in 1992. In 1993, the city transferred the building to the church for the parish. In 1997, an iconostasis was set up in the church, and the dedication was made the following year. The parish address is 11-100 Lidzbark Warmiński, ul. Wyszyńskiego 8.

It is worth visiting, next to the amphitheater under construction, as well as the castle and Krasicki Hotel. A new footbridge will get you to the gama store, and there delicious wings from the stove and more.
